1. Services Offered

Strong Fellas Moving provides professional moving labor assistance, including loading, unloading, packing, unpacking, and heavy lifting for homes, apartments, and offices. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the client is responsible for renting and providing the moving truck or container.

2. Estimates and Booking

All quotes provided given over the phone, via email, or through our online form are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final rates and hours are determined upon completion of the requested labor. To secure a booking, clients must provide accurate contact and location details.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that moving plans can change. We request that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled move time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient moving process, clients are expected to:

• Ensure the moving vehicle (truck, trailer, container) is parked safely and legally close to the location.
• Have all items securely packed in boxes unless packing services were explicitly requested.
• Disclose any extremely heavy or specialized items (e.g., pianos, safes, pool tables) prior to booking.
• Provide a safe working environment free of hazardous conditions.

5. Payments and Billing

Payment is due immediately upon the completion of the moving services. We accept payments via standard methods as specified at the time of booking. We do not have any hidden fees, but additional time spent beyond the estimated hours will be billed at our hourly rate.

6. Limitation of Liability and Valuation

While our team takes the utmost care with your belongings, moving inherently carries risks. Strong Fellas Moving maintains standard liability coverage for items damaged directly due to mover negligence during handling. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from:

• Improperly packed boxes or items packed by the client.
• Mechanical or electronic derangement of appliances or electronics without external signs of damage.
• Structural issues or tight spaces at the moving locations that pose a risk to oversized items.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted directly to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
